Free cosmetic-only simulator — no real money, no prizes, no redemption, no opportunity to win anything of value.
The fastest way to reach PackRip is by email at arinc@packrip.co. PackRip is operated by a single developer (Arınç Elhan, based in Istanbul) so response times depend on timezone overlap, but most messages get a reply within 2-3 days. Urgent issues — site outages, payment problems, security reports — are usually answered same-day.
Welcome: bug reports, feature requests, balance feedback, partnership / press enquiries, security reports, and IP rights correspondence. The gameplay roadmap is public on GitHub if you want to see what's already planned.
Account recovery doesn't apply — PackRip has no accounts. Your collection is saved in your browser's localStorage, so if you lost progress: clearing browser data or switching devices is usually the cause. Use the Export button under Settings periodically to back up to a JSON file you can re-import later.
Most messages: 2-3 business days. Site outages or critical bugs: same day. Security reports: within 24 hours. Feature requests: acknowledged within a week, scheduling depends on the roadmap. If you sent something and haven't heard back in a week, please re-send — your email may have landed in a spam folder.

Card data and card images come from the open-source Pokemon TCG API; pack art and set logos from ptcg-assets; market prices are a bundled snapshot of TCGplayer data. Pull rates shown on PackRip are the simulator's own published rate table, not official figures.
