Altaria is card #40 of Dragon Majesty (2018), a Rare Holo Pokémon, illustrated by Kyoko Umemoto.
Altaria appears in 25 printings across PackRip's catalogue. The Dragon Majesty (2018) #40 card is one of 25 printings spanning 2003–2024. Other Altaria printings sit at Uncommon, Rare Secret, Promo, Rare rarity tiers, so this Rare Holo Dragon Majesty card is not interchangeable for set-completion or value purposes. Stat-line drift across reprints is real — this printing prints at 80 HP, while other Altaria cards in the catalogue range from 70 to 120 HP. For the full cross-set comparison see the Altaria hub page.

“On sunny days, it flies freely through the sky and blends into the clouds. It sings in a beautiful soprano.” — Pokedex entry, National Dex #334
The 1 in 39 pull chance is calculated from the Dragon Majesty rare-slot composition modelled in PackRip's pack generator. Because rare slots are split between Holo Rare, Pokemon-ex, Secret Rare, Shining, Crystal and Gold Star tiers (depending on the era), individual ultra-rare odds can run an order of magnitude lower than headline 1-in-3 holo-slot rates.
The TCGplayer market price for Altaria Dragon Majesty #40 in PackRip's latest snapshot is about $1.19 USD, which puts it in the common-bulk bracket. Graded copies sell for more than raw, but PackRip holds no grading-population or auction data, so no graded figure is estimated here. This snapshot is also what the in-game sell price is derived from.
Rather than chase the pull, you can craft this card for 150 Pack Dust from the Dragon Majesty dust pool, which fills as you open Dragon Majesty packs.

Prefer a native app? PackRip: TCG Card Packs for iOS runs the same pack-opening loop — rarity tiers, pity guarantees, offline support, App Badging when daily packs reset. It does not contain Altaria or any other Pokémon card: all of its artwork is original to PackRip and AI-generated. See the iOS app or download on the App Store.
Card data and card images come from the open-source Pokemon TCG API; pack art and set logos from ptcg-assets; market prices are a bundled snapshot of TCGplayer data. Pull rates shown on PackRip are the simulator's own published rate table, not official figures.
